We charge a competitive 6% monthly management fee with no hidden costs. There are no setup fees, and our leasing fee is 50% of one month’s rent. We also offer tenant placement services starting at $250 for properties we don’t currently manage.
Simply click the “Sign In” button on the respective portal card on our Client Portal page. Property owners can view rental performance and financial reports, while residents can pay rent, view balances, submit documents, and access lease information securely online.
Current residents can submit maintenance requests directly through our online Maintenance Request portal. Simply click “Submit A Request” and provide details about the issue. Our team responds promptly to all maintenance needs.
We offer comprehensive services including full property management, tenant screening and leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, legal compliance and evictions, rental market analysis and optimization, and detailed financial reporting for property owners.
